Just as regular awards season is over, out comes the popular vote awards, the biggest being the MTV Movie Awards, which are being hosted by Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart next month. I have no idea when the nominations are being announced, or if new categories are going to be introduced/extended, but I had a look at last year’s nominations, and they came out on this day exactly 1 year ago. This is my first time predicting these nominations, mainly because MTV never tell us when they are going to be announced, and I like to predict them the night before. So, I’ve spent the last hour or so doing some research into all the films of last year, and given my best guess of what is getting nominated. Predicted winners are in bold. Enjoy!
